The Long Siege – San Antonio, Texas, has begun reopening businesses and easing the restrictions imposed to combat the spread of the coronavirus. Scott Pelley reports on a city walking a fine line between easing the devastating economic consequences of lockdown and the potential uptick in infections and deaths it could cause. Failure to Protect – An Oklahoma law created to protect children from abuse punishes people deemed guilty of failing to stop the abuse. But Sharyn Alfonsi finds the cases of over a dozen women who were more severely punished than the men who did the abusing.
