Synopsis
When a high-level security Navy reservist is found dead, Gibbs goes face-to-face with Dr. Samantha Ryan of the PsyOps Division to uncover the truth behind the potential suicide. Meanwhile, DiNozzo argues with accounting after seeing McGee's paycheck.
