Synopsis
A cute wheelchair-bound Walsh cousin comes down to stay with the Walsh family, and he and Kelly hit it off. Brenda isn't too happy about the match though, since she is sure fickle Kelly will lose interest just as soon as the novelty wears off. Meanwhile, Brenda finally gets her driver's license, and David develops feelings for Donna.
