Synopsis
A delirious woman becomes defensive when she's accused of bizarre behavior and begins fighting with officers in front of her kids. Grandma arrives and explains just how dire the situation has become. North Las Vegas officers assist a mother with her wayward daughter. The emotional teen argues that she can take care of herself on the streets. The officers offer her a choice: a ride to jail or home with her mom. A paranoid man clad in only a towel makes wild claims of being chased by unseen men.
