Synopsis
Passaic County New Jersey Sheriff's Deputy Cpl. Anthony Damiano detains a suspicious male he saw sidestep into a nearby apartment building and discovers he was smoking pot in a hallway; a man is questioned and admits to possessing crack cocaine but tries to convince a sheriff's deputy to let him go.
