Synopsis
When officers in Pomona, CA, become involved in a high-speed chase, a helicopter patrols overhead, and the pursuit is terminated when the fast-moving suspect speeds through an intersection and impacts another vehicle. Also featured are police officers patrolling the streets of Lansing, MI, and Las Vegas, NV, questioning suspects that struggle to remember their name and age.
