Synopsis
When a 70-year old parole violator leads officers on a high-speed chase in Kansas City, MO, spike strips, helicopter patrol and hounds become involved in the pursuit. In Las Vegas, NV, officers investigate a dispute involving two transvestites accused of disturbing the peace. Police officers in Rialto, CA, respond to a traffic accident involving an abandoned and stolen vehicle.
