Synopsis
Officers from the Harris County Sheriff's Office in Texas respond to a drunk-driving call and discover the suspect has two identities. Meanwhile the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department issues two tickets for misdemeanors related to drugs and alcohol to a woman who backs into a patrol car.
