Synopsis
When officers from the Houston Police Department in Texas pull over a suspicious vehicle, an on-foot chase ensues to catch and arrest a suspect for possession. Meanwhile, officers from the Amarillo Police Department in Texas respond to a call involving a toddler riding his bicycle alone in a busy intersection, resulting in a case of finger-pointing between mother and babysitter.
