Synopsis
Police officers in Amarillo, TX, bust the suspect of a car robbery after he claims he is protecting the car from the inside. Meanwhile, officers from the Portland Police Bureau in Oregon deal with a case of indecency, and officers in Houston detain a young girl causing trouble in an apartment complex.
