Synopsis
In California, the Sacramento County Sheriff's Department is taken on a foot chase over fences and through a field to catch a suspected cell-phone thief. The Pierce County Sheriff's Department in Washington responds to a call about a road-rage incident where a man allegedly assaults his neighbor.
