Synopsis
Concerned about his brother's health, Nathan tells Karen Lucas did not take the heart test. Meanwhile, Keith accepts Dan's offer to continue working at the dealership as vice president. Peyton must confront rumors at school that she is a lesbian, which affects her friendship with Anna, while the gap between Nathan and Haley continues to grow.
