Synopsis
Old Tolliver Bender's testimony is needed at a trial. Bender is to be hanged in a nearby town, and his captors inform Josh that they demand a hostage to assure that Tolliver will be returned to be executed. Josh's partner Jason Nichols is selected as the hostage.
