Synopsis
In Part Two of the Season Finale, filmed aboard Disney Dream, the newest ship in the Disney Cruise Line fleet, and at the Disney California Adventure Park nighttime water spectacular, World of Color, this year's grand prize winner is revealed. The prize is a once-in-a-lifetime trip, which will include making memories at the Walt Disney World Resort in Florida and the Disneyland Resort in California; traveling to Aulani, a Disney Resort & Spa in Ko Olina, Hawaii; choosing a guided family group vacation with Adventures by Disney; and finally, sailing aboard Disney Cruise Line's newest ship, Disney Dream. Tom Bergeron is host of "America's Funniest Home Videos.".
