Synopsis
Belker, LaRue and Washington go undercover as garbagemen to investigate a protection racket; the case against two Hispanic men who raped an elderly woman is jeopardized by a technicality; Goldblume, Hunter, and Renko square off to be the station's next PBA representative; a credit counselor offers Hill a usurious loan to deal with his IRS problems.
