Christina Applegate

On Married... with Children, Christina Applegate is Kelly Bundy, the daughter in a 1980s anti-wholesome sitcom that made Fox a personality. Al's comic misery, Peg, Bud, shoes and insults as liturgy. Applegate plays Kelly as a joke that still has a pulse: not only a blonde bit, a Bundy. The boycott only made the sneer louder. Essential if you want the decade to talk back.

TV Flash files her as gleeful-dysfunction craft. The living room is a trap; Kelly is how it stays a family. On this desk Applegate is 1980s Fox voltage — a Bundy who photographs as a punchline and plays as the reason the anti-hug still had a kid in it.

Stay inside Married... with Children (Fox, 1987–1997). The brief stops at the frame; so does the essay. On this desk Kelly Bundy is ensemble craft: the reason a famous format still has a person in it. Use s01e01 as the first pin. The Pilot is the Bundy contract: O'Neill's comic misery, Sagal, Applegate, Faustino — Fox finding a personality by sneering at the hearth. No homework required first. A second pin is s04e08. 976-SHOE is the hotline-shoe hour: NO MA'AM energy as brand, the Rakolta boycott already making the Bundys more infamous.

We file her as Married... with Children first and Kelly Bundy second. 1987–1997 on Fox is the rest of the map. This file's later pin is s01e07. Married ... Without Children is early-run title as thesis: gleeful dysfunction, shoes, insults, already the anti-Cosby on a baby network. s04e08 stays on the card. 976-SHOE is the hotline-shoe hour: NO MA'AM energy as brand, the Rakolta boycott already making the Bundys more infamous. Applegate will still be the same temperature tomorrow.
