Ilana Glazer

Ilana Glazer plays Ilana Wexler on Broad City, the 2010s Comedy Central picaresque she built with Abbi as a New York scrape. Weed, hustle, loyalty that outruns plot, guest-star sport, millennial buddy comedy with the volume all the way up. Ilana is chaos as a worldview: a woman who makes female friendship look like jet fuel, shame never invited. Web-series energy that survived a network timeslot without sanding off the dare. Glazer is half the title's weather on purpose.

A 2010s Comedy Central habit: Broad City, 2014–2019. Ilana Glazer is Ilana Wexler in that habit. Come in through s01e01. What a Wonderful World is Abbi and Ilana, weed and hustle: web-series energy on Comedy Central, millennial buddy volume up. Stay for s05e10 — Broad City titles the last hour as the name on the door — loyalty outrunning plot, female picaresque filing the city. Essentials as place-markers, not a synopsis.

TV Flash files her as hang-comedy craft at maximum. On this desk Glazer is 2010s voltage: an Ilana who photographs as the id and plays as the reason Broad City still feels like a two-hander, not a single hustle with a loud friend in the comments.

A middle stamp still worth the queue: s05e10. Broad City titles the last hour as the name on the door — loyalty outrunning plot, female picaresque filing the city. Ilana Glazer remains Ilana Wexler on Broad City (Comedy Central, 2014–2019) — 2010s craft, no extra series required, just the hour that keeps the run from flattening into a still.

Keep s02e01 in the same night as the door. In Heat is a weather title: urban hustle still the picaresque, guest-star sport still the extra. Ilana Glazer reads as Ilana Wexler there instead of a name in a grid. 2010s television, Comedy Central walls, still a pulse.
