Lamont Bentley

Moesha (UPN, 1996–2001) is the whole filing for Lamont Bentley. Hakeem sells charm as a neighborhood, not a crush sticker — a boy who is a person. The later hour is s01e01. A Black girl lead who can be funny, stubborn, and famous without becoming a cartoon — UPN sitcom craft in a diary room.

Lamont Bentley plays Hakeem Campbell on Moesha, the friend-and-more weather in a UPN sitcom built around a Black girl lead who can be funny, stubborn, and famous without becoming a cartoon. Brandy's diary room, a house with realer edges than TGIF usually allowed. Hakeem is how the series still has a boy who is a person. Bentley sells charm as a neighborhood, not a crush sticker.

Coming-of-age with a cliffhanger that still infuriates needed a bench. On TV Flash he is 1990s catalog heat. We file Hakeem with the hours that treated a sibling-adjacent friend as plot and a supporting lead as the reason the voice still had a block.

Begin with s02e01. The List: coming-of-age as an actual argument, family comedy with edges TGIF usually sanded off. s04e01 still shows Hakeem Campbell's stance. Moesha Meets Brandy: meta title as fandom event, the famous lead still allowed to stay a person. Place, labor, appetite: Moesha stays human because Bentley does. Lamont Bentley keeps Moesha specific so the UPN run still has a pulse. UPN (1996–2001) remains the assignment; Lamont Bentley is the human checkpoint. Start for the contract, stay for Hakeem Campbell underneath it. The 1990s hour still works if you watch Lamont as labor.
