Sharon Horgan

Sharon Horgan plays Sharon Morris on Catastrophe, adult rom-com without the Hallmark filter: an accidental pregnancy, filthy, tender, Anglo-Irish-American. Short seasons, high joke density, Carrie Fisher's late-career mom. Horgan — with Rob Delaney — sells chemistry as a weapon. Love as shared catastrophe management, a 2010s comedy that treats the laugh as a sting you signed up for.

Sharon Horgan works Catastrophe on Channel 4/Amazon as Sharon Morris, 2015–2019 as the spine. The catalog's first pick, s01e01, files the handshake: Season one, first hour: Horgan and Delaney, accidental pregnancy, filthy tender Anglo-Irish-American, short and dense.

Hallmark never got the keys. On TV Flash Horgan is 2010s rom-com craft: the woman who made a pregnancy hour photograph as a marriage with teeth, then left the filter on another channel.

Sharon Horgan does not need a later-season apology; s04e06 is the essential people argue about: Season four's last hour — Carrie Fisher's late-career mom still in orbit, adult rom-com without a Hallmark filter. s02e01 keeps a sideways coordinate — Season two restarts on chemistry as the plot, still allergic to a makeover, joke density still the format. Co-lead. Catastrophe is a two-stroke engine and Sharon Morris is one of the strokes — the other silhouette does not erase her. Catastrophe was already the argument.

Sharon Horgan stays Sharon Morris on Catastrophe — Channel 4/Amazon, 2015–2019, 2010s catalog heat that still has a pulse. Watch s01e01 then s04e06 as stance, and keep s02e01 if the list has a third coordinate. The desk already told you the temperature; the hours prove it. Sharon Morris is the job, and Sharon Horgan still does it without a recap reel.
