Tara Meyer

Tara Meyer voices Dorothy Ann on The Magic School Bus, the student who treats facts as a personality inside a class that shrinks, dives, and ignores every field-trip waiver ever written. PBS educational animation at gold-standard wattage: science as adventure, curiosity as plot. Meyer makes Dorothy Ann the hour's homework with a pulse — not a nerd sticker, a kid who wants the field trip to mean something.

Dorothy Ann is the job title; Tara Meyer is the reason it isn't empty. The Magic School Bus, PBS, 1994–1997. Meet her at s01e01. Gets Lost in Space: Lily Tomlin's Frizzle ignoring every waiver, PBS educational animation at gold-standard. The Magic School Bus never had to explain Meyer; the hour just used her. PBS, 1994–1997. The Magic School Bus does not replace Meyer with a different product at s01e09. Gets Ready, Set, Dough: kitchen chemistry as field trip, teachers still citing the hour. She is still Dorothy Ann.

A later hour — s01e04 — is where the job tightens. Gets Eaten: science as adventure, curiosity treated as a personality, the class still shrinking. s01e09 is a coordinate, not a spoiler. Gets Ready, Set, Dough: kitchen chemistry as field trip, teachers still citing the hour. Skip treating every week as equal. s01e04 is where Meyer's temperature changes. Meyer still belongs in the frame when s01e01 lands: Gets Lost in Space: Lily Tomlin's Frizzle ignoring every waiver, PBS educational animation. The Magic School Bus on PBS (1994–1997) keeps using her as Dorothy Ann.

On TV Flash she is 1990s craft: the reason a school-bus serial still photographs as wonder, and the reason the organelles never needed to apologize for being exciting.
