How this season is filed

Filed by Lana Reyes · Red Carpet Reality

Bonnie Franklin's newly divorced Ann Romano raises two daughters in an Indianapolis apartment while Pat Harrington Jr.'s Schneider supplies the tool-belt Greek chorus. Lear-adjacent single-mom sitcom with real stakes under the jokes. Women's lib as weekly multi-cam, not a one-episode pamphlet.

TV Flash files Season 3 of One Day at a Time (1975–1984) on CBS as a mid listed season (3; 3 of 9) — 24 listed hours, 1977-09-27–1978-04-03 from “The Older Man (1)” (S03E01) to “Ann, the Father” (S03E24). Titles, dates, and synopses on file — no invented recaps.
