How this season is filed
The Belchers run a struggling burger joint while the kids generate beautiful problems and songs erupt without warning. Loren Bouchard's Fox animation is Bob's anxiety, Linda's whoop, Tina-Gene-Louise specificity. Kindest long-running adult animation of the decade without losing joke bite — working-class warmth, pun burgers, a movie, Ocean Avenue still open.
